Red Planet travel simulator Surviving Mars will add three content creator packs, all launching April 28. The first, Mars Express, provides players with the resources to build trains anywhere on the surface of Mars, by modders Lucian “LukeH” Hada and Sylvain “Silva” Mopetti.

The second content drop, the Future Contemporary Cosmetic Pack, adds 10 land building skins that can be applied to your colony. The last drop is Revelation Radio, which adds about 70 minutes of music from four different artists on 16 songs.

Pricing varies per pack, but you can pay the following for each new content creator drop:

  • Mars Express – $7
  • Futuristic Contemporary Cosmetic Bag – $5
  • Apocalypse Radio – $4

In case you missed it when it first came out, Surviving Mars applies real-world science to its simulation game. Every puzzle in the game has a solution based on real science, and the consequences of screwing it up.

“Survival on Mars is all about hope. So many strategy games stick to their gameplay, eschewing any overarching theme or message,” Daniel Starkey wrote in GameSpot’s Survival on Mars review. “But, as cliché as it may sound, for those who believe in the majesty of spaceflight, and for those keen to marvel how harmful our brave little species can be, Surviving on Mars is a Simcity with a soul .”
