Activision Blizzard is facing another lawsuit related to what the company calls a culture of sexual harassment and discrimination. This time, it involved a current Blizzard employee who said she was retaliated against for reporting various incidents of sexism and harassment.

The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court (via Bloomberg) on ​​behalf of a woman known only as Jane Doe to protect the woman’s identity. Represented by attorney Lisa Bloom, she held a news conference on the recently filed lawsuit in front of Blizzard’s offices in Irvine, Calif., in December, where she shared details of Doe’s experience, noting Blizzard’s alleged fraternity Culture is the subject of litigation in California.

According to the lawsuit, Doe started working in Blizzard’s IT department as early as 2017 as a senior administrative assistant. On her first day at work, she claims she was forced to shoot tequila and share an embarrassing secret with her colleagues. Allen Brack, who was ousted last year in the aftermath of the California lawsuit. She then got a new position in another department, albeit with a significant pay drop.

This new lawsuit is just the latest in a long line of investigations and lawsuits about Activision Blizzard’s workplace culture. Activision Blizzard had tried to stay the California lawsuit, but a judge recently denied the request. Activision Blizzard was also sued by the family of a former employee who committed suicide during a company retreat in 2017.
