Wondering what this week’s Destiny 2 Nightfall weapon is? Every week you have the chance to acquire a different weapon to complete Nightfall, and from Season of the Lost onwards, you can now get fan-favorite traditional weapons from Primal Destiny. Two more of these weapons are coming in Season of the Lost, so it’s more important than ever to know the Twilight weapon schedule ahead of time.
In case all these words are new to you, Nightfall: The Ordeal is a playlist in the Vanguard menu, along with the basic Strike playlist. Each week, a different strike is chosen as Nightfall and is offered across five escalating difficulties with harder enemies, challenging modifiers, and enemy power levels.
The coveted Dusk weapon has a chance to drop from any Dusk Strike difficulty, but is more likely at higher levels. According to YouTuber Aztecross, your best bet for farming your weekly Nightfall weapons is to set Strike on Master difficulty. You should also note that there is no automatch on Heroic difficulty, so you’ll need to form a squad.
For the ambitious among you, the only chance to get the expert version of this week’s Weapon of Night is on Grandmaster difficulty. As in Trials of Osiris, skilled weapons gain +3 to all stats (except impact) when crafted, as well as Like the usual +10 Masterpiece stats, and being the only guns that can be equipped with powerful Adept mods, they’re well worth finding.

The current Nightfall weapon always changes with the weekly reset every Tuesday at 5pm UTC. There are currently eight weapons in rotation in the Nightfall loot pool, with two available each week. they are:

- Listed jury
- Plug one.1
- Vortex RR4
- palindrome
