Hitman 3 Steam Release Time – This is when Agent 47 arrives

It’s an exciting time for Killer fans. IO Interactive filled a recent livestream with details about the year ahead for Agent 47, revealing that Hitman 3, as well as the all-new Hitman Trilogy, is coming to Steam. The studio announced that day is January 20, but now we also have the exact time.
IOI revealed that, Hitman 3 Steam Release Date 10AM PT/1PM ET/6PM GMT/7PM CETThe studio shared the information in a tweet that also reminded fans of the download size (you’ll need to free up 65GB on your PC) and provided players with details on how to continue their Hitman 2 progress.
“Hitman 3 is the final game in the Assassination World trilogy,” IOI explained in the post (cry). “All Hitman 2 players have the option to continue their progress all at once, allowing them to start Hitman 3 using their existing profiles, XP, suits, items, and unlocks.” Notably, the studio The process linked to above will not allow you to import your locations from Hitman 2 – this is handled through the new Access Pass.
“Basically, we’ve set up H1 and H2 as DLC for Hitman 3,” the developer explained in a previous post, which allows players to access the locations and quests of the first two entries and “under one roof” play them”. The way to do this is to purchase an access pass – for example, if you choose the Hitman 2 Standard Edition Access Pass, you’ll be able to play through Hitman 3 for all locations and missions of that edition.

“In addition to the option to buy an access pass,” the studio explained, “if you’ve already purchased the content on the same platform, you can also redeem/download an access pass for free.” So if this applies to you, don’t go ahead and buy a new one copy! This advice largely applies to PC players too, especially since the console will automatically detect content you already own and create the associated access pass at no extra cost. A key thing to note about progress carryover is that the developers recommend that you do this and dust it before entering Hitman 3, as the process will erase any progress you’ve made.
