Getting some Core Keeper Tin Ore may be the first real hurdle you’ll face as you start leveling up your gear in this adventure game. While the copper gear you find early on will work well in the first round of combat and adventure, it won’t be enough to help you defeat some of the horrors that await in the dark depths.

So once you have a basic base set up, looting tin ore will be one of the first things you do. The only trouble is that Core Keeper doesn’t provide any information. Core Keeper is still in the early stages of development and has no tutorials yet. Instead, you’ll see a cutscene telling you that you’re in trouble.

Fortunately, we know all about Core Keeper Tin Ore, and we’re always happy to help by sharing our wealth of knowledge with you. Here’s what you need to know about finding tin ore in Core Keeper, why you need it, and what it’s used for.

Where to Find Core Keeper Tin Ore

The Core Guardian is procedurally generated – which means we can’t tell you which direction you need to dig in to find the tin ore, but we can tell you the name of the biome it’s in.you need to find clay cave Biome, which is usually not too far from the starting biome, but can be hard to find.

We recommend picking one of the four main directions and starting digging. You’ll know when you find it, because the biome’s name appears on the screen, and different music starts playing. Once there, you’ll need to find the ore just like in any other biome by mining the flashes you see in the dark. Tin ore has a distinct grey colour, so you should be able to tell when it’s mined in veins.

You can mine tin ore long before attempting any major battle in Core Keeper. This means you can enter your first boss fight as long as you don’t mind spending some time exploring. When you’re out exploring, we recommend you bring some food, bridges, a spare pickaxe or three, and plenty of torches.

Uses of Core Keeper Tin Ore

Once you’ve smelted tin ore into ingots in a furnace, it can be used to craft a variety of items and tools.Chief among them are new crafting stations such as Tin workbench and Tin anvil. These items allow you to craft better tools, weapons and new accessories such as Explorer Backpackallowing you to carry more items.

In general, these tin tools and weapons will last longer and be more efficient than wooden or copper tools and weapons, both in terms of dealing more damage and digging things up faster. You can also mix tin, copper, and fiber to make powerful bronze armor, which is great if you plan on getting into battle soon. While Core Keeper has level and stat upgrades, overall, the biggest difference is often your gear. Getting Core Keeper Tin Ore as soon as possible is a great way to make sure you start strong.
