CoD: Warzone and Vanguard Season 3 Roadmap Details Godzilla Incident

Activision has revealed the roadmap for Call of Duty Season 3 Vanguard and Warzone, which includes Operation Monarch events centered on Godzilla and Kong. Season 3 arrives on April 27 with new operators, weapons, a new battle pass, and more.
Operation Monarch begins on May 11th, with Godzilla and Kong going head-to-head on Crater Island in the War Zone. While it’s still a long way from the event, Activision teased map changes and secrets to be revealed on Caldera in preparation for the arrival of these Hollywood giants. Additionally, Season 3 will feature a new Gulag location.
Season 3 Classified Weapons will also introduce a new set of Operators to Vanguard and Warzone through Task Force Harpy. As always, the Season 3 Battle Pass will include 100 new tiers of content, with two new DLC weapons in the free tier.
Vanguard Season 3 will add a new multiplayer map. Mayhem will be a minimap available at launch, while Sphere is another minimap coming later this season. Another major addition to multiplayer is the trophy system equipment coming to Vanguard as a new battlefield upgrade, which will allow players to help avoid death through Vanguard’s extensive collection of lethal and tactical gear. The trophy system will intercept items such as fragmentation grenades, sticky bombs, and stun grenades that are still in the air.
On the zombies side, players can expect more seasonal challenges and DLC weapon unlock challenges with Season 3. Unfortunately, the new map won’t be available in Zombies until sometime in Season 4, as Treyarch recently announced that the standard map will arrive after Season 3.
Season 3 Secret Weapons will be available after both game updates. The Vanguard update will go live on April 26th at 9AM PT / 12PM ET, while the Warzone update will go live on April 27th at the same time. Here’s a breakdown of everything confirmed for Vanguard and Warzone Season 3. Vanguard Season 2 recently added a new Ice Axe melee weapon that can be unlocked through in-game challenges.
