Netflix’s ‘Love, Death + Robots’ Season 3 Gets First Images and Release Date

Netflix’s sci-fi anthology “LOVE DEATH + ROBOTS” returns for a third season, coming to the platform on May 20 this year. The first season, which premiered in March 2019, received some media acclaim, but won multiple Primetime Creative Emmys, including Outstanding Short Animated Program.

The series is produced by David Fincher, Tim Miller, Jennifer Miller and Joshua Dornan. Netflix has released a trailer with a release date featuring footage from previous seasons. It has been confirmed that at least two of the stories from the first season will continue in the new season.

Each episode follows a similar template, all under 20 minutes in length and produced by a different cast and crew, although some episodes may have overlapping creators. The series title itself refers to each episode’s thematic connection to the three themes, but not every episode contains all three themes.

No creative team has been announced yet, but Netflix says there will be an official trailer for Season 3 soon.
