Scarlet Nexus gets a new story demo today

Bandai Namco has announced that the Japanese action RPG Scarlet Nexus will have a story demo today. Players can experience the first two chapters of the game’s story, with purchases that can transfer progress to the full game.
Players who complete the Story Demo will receive some in-game item rewards after transferring their progress. Players will receive Bunny Earmuffs (white) and OSF Standard Release Pack (black) accessories, as well as Forcefield Mk II and Power Enhance: Mk II add-ons to equip upgrades.
These rewards were also included in last year’s Scarlet Nexus demo, and those who have already earned them in it are not eligible to earn them again through the story demo.
In GameSpot’s Scarlet Nexus review, Heidi Kemps said, “It may not be the new pinnacle of action game storytelling, but Scarlet Nexus is still fun in the right places.”
Scarlet Nexus launches June 25, 2021, for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. It can also be downloaded and played through Xbox Game Pass.
