Where to Get CoD Perks at Shi No Numa: Vanguard Zombies
Call of Duty Season 4: Mercenaries of Fortune is now live on Vanguard, bringing an “enhanced” version of the Shi No Numa Zombies map that originally appeared in Call of Duty: World at War. Here, we’ll walk you through all the benefit locations at Shi No Numa.
Shi No Numa’s perks are located in the main areas of the map: Doctor’s Quarters, Fishing Shack, Communication Room, Storage Room, Excavation Site, and the starting area of the main hut. Just like the original map, the first perk near the starting area is a fixed perk, but all extra perks are random. You won’t get any duplicate perks, it just means your favorite perk won’t always be found in the same location.
notes: It’s important to get perks as soon as you unlock them, as you don’t have to pay for the base perks in Vanguard Zombies mode. You only pay for additional upgrade levels.

- Demon Fortitude: Vanguard’s rebranding of the classic Juggernog, a perk that boosts your health
- Demon Damage: A perk that increases critical damage, essentially the signature double-click perk
- Demon Frenzy: A perk that increases your reload speed, Vanguard’s rebranding of the Speed Cola perk
- ethereal haste: A perk that increases movement speed, similar to the Stamin-Up perk
- Toxic Vitality: A perk that increases the speed of your health regeneration. If you’re new to Vanguard Zombies, it’s important to note that this perk is inspired by Black Ops Cold War’s Quick Revive, with faster health regeneration, but unlike the Zombies’ signature Quick Revive ability, if you go down or provide This perk will not make you rejuvenate faster than the resurrection time.This perk will only get you back to health faster

The Demonic Tenacity of the Main House
Main Cabin Privilege Location
Demon’s Fortitude is located on the balcony on the upper level of Shinonuma’s main house, which is also your starting room, so you only need to pay 1,000 Essence Points to unlock doors that unlock other parts of the upper level. The cottage opens onto a balcony. Don’t pay 1,000 points for the stairs to the lower level of the hut just yet.

Exit on the south side of the lower level of the main lodge and you will be on the right path. You need to unlock paths for 1,000 Essence Points. Follow the path past the Covenant Altar to the Communications Room Building. The other 750 requires the door to be opened to enter the comm room, but once you open it you will see the perk fountain. While Fiendish Fortitude is a fixed perk on the Main Hut, the remaining perk fountains are random in each game.

From the south side of the lower level of the main lodge, you will take the road on the left. You need to unlock paths for 1,000 Essence Points. Follow the path through the swamp to the large hut marked as a storage room. Another 750 needs to open the door to enter the storage building, but you will see the perk fountain at the door.
Doctor’s Dormitory random perk machine

Exit on the north side of the lower level of the main lodge and you will be on the right path. You need to unlock paths for 1,000 Essence Points. Follow the path through the swamp to the doctor’s quarters building. Another 750 people need to open the door to get into the doctor’s quarters, but as soon as you open it you’ll see the perk fountain.
Fishing hut random perk
Fishing Hut Benefit Location
Exiting from the north side of the lower level of the main lodge, you will exit through a gate with a whipping trap. You need to pay 1,000 Essence Points to unlock the gate. Follow the path to the fishing hut. It takes another 750 points to open the door into the fishing hut, but you’ll see the perk fountain at the door.
