When is the release date for Dying Light 2? Techland announced the sequel to their parkour zombie game at E3 2018. Four years later it’s still not released, but hope is here – you won’t have to wait too long.
We’ve seen plenty of details about the game’s gameplay, settings, and story, as well as some gameplay trailers. Techland is massively expanding Dying Light 1’s parkour movement – it’s safe to say it won’t be your typical undead shooter.
Dying Light 2 is set in a decaying city struggling to stay united among competing factions, so you’ll have more to deal with than undead monsters. Dying Light 2 Stay Human release date
Dying Light 2 will be in February 3rd at 4pm PST / 7pm EST, February 4th at midnight GMT.
Dying Light 2 had a spring 2020 release window before Techland announced that it had been delayed indefinitely. Techland has since rejected reports that Dying Light 2 is in development hell.The delay was announced through the official Dying Light 2 twitter account. Dying Light 2 Multiplayer
Dying Light may have co-op, but Dying Light 2’s multiplayer does things differently. Four-player co-op is back, but this time, three players have to join a console game thanks to a decision-based narrative.

At the heart of Dying Light 2’s story are choices that have an impact on the world around you. The faction you support may become dominant, painting towns red (or whatever color they choose) and giving you new parkour routes and trading opportunities. That means your Dying Light 2 world will be unique to you, while the utility of co-op is still to be finalized.

Confirming plans for post-release content for Dying Light 2, Smektala said plans have been made to support it for years.
This should come as no surprise to Dying Light 1 players, as Techland has continued to provide support since 2015, including 2016’s The Follower expansion. While no plans have been specified for the Dying Light 2 DLC, we’re sure Smektala knows we’re eager for content updates to deliver on the promise he has for fans.

So far, here’s everything we know about Dying Light 2. If you’re wondering how long Dying Light 2 is, it’s reportedly over 500 hours of content. Although the event is said to be clocked in within 15-20 hours, Smektala has previously revealed that you’ll only see about 50% of Dying Light 2 on your first playthrough.
