- Safe 1 – North of St Joseph’s Hospital Houndfield.This safe is part of the first Biomarker mission
- Safe 2 – East of the hunting grounds.The safe is located on the first floor of the Nightcrawler Hideout, north of the Cherry Windmill
- Safe 3 – South of Horseshoe, inside the water tower.This safe requires you to side with Jack and Joe and get arrested
- Safe 4 – East of the city center, on top of the military airdrop building next to the bandit camp
- Safe 5 – North of Muddy Grounds, in the basement of the water tower. Make sure to keep the map during the deserter quest to get the quest to find this safe.
- Safety 6 – South of Garrison, Zone C of the Power Station Building.You can open the door of the room with the safe by connecting the wires
- Safety 7 – The top of the market church tower south of Trinity.You need a lot of physical strength to reach this area
