Elden Ring crystal tear location
Wondering where to find Crystal Tears in the Elden Ring? Just like the Estus Flask in Dark Souls, you start the game with a Healing Flask that can be refilled at Sites of Grace. However, this isn’t the only type of healing item available – the Miracle Elixir bottle is a customizable alternative.
To get the Miracle Potion Bottle, you’ll need to defeat one of the optional Elden Ring bosses, the Groveside Cave boss: the Beastmen of Farum Azula. Once he’s dead, you can open a chest with a flask and two crystal tears, which you can mix to customize the effect of the flask. These effects trigger simultaneously every time you sip, and you can exchange them at any Grace site.
There are many more Crystal Tears to add to your flask, some of which we discovered in closed beta late last year. We’ll go over the effects of all Crystal Tears and where to find them to use with the Miraculous Elixir.

- Greenspill Crystal Tears – Temporarily increases stamina recovery
- cracked crystal tear – Causes the mixture to explode, causing injury to the user
- Crimson Crystal Torn – Restores half of max health

- Greenspill Crystal Tears – Groveside Cavern Treasure Chest (with Miracle Potion Flask)

- Crimson Crystal Torn – Ruins in front of the gate; walk into the small tower and see the bird’s nest
- azure crystal tear – Near the Darkwater Catacombs; go to the river north of the lake.Go under the bridge and defeat the invading NPC Bloodfinger Nerijus to get a tear
