FFXIV got ass polished pants and dance pole
The latest update of Final Fantasy XIV has landed, and the 6.05 patch notes introduces a series of work changes and new content, such as the savage Pandaemonium raid. But there are also some, uh, undisclosed additions in 6.05, including pants and a pole to make your hips more symmetrical. It’s like, you know, the kind of pole you dance with.
The patch notes do say “you can use MGP to buy new prizes”, but it’s actually just an item: a dancing pole, a furniture item. As the description points out, “Even experienced adventurers may find that performing a sensory rotation on this pole proves to be a challenge to their balance and physical strength.” Sadly, it seems that you can’t actually interact with the pole, but I think you can always make a /beesknees near it.
Then there is the hose of happiness, a new set of craftable pants that can add a little volume to the character’s buttocks. There are many clothing items in FFXIV that allow you to fine-tune your character model, but it is especially obvious here-the effect is basically the same as the 2B leggings, but you don’t need to run around in thongs. And, unbelievably, it seems that the ass buff also applies to male characters.
