Jackass Forever’s Johnny Knoxville Has Big Plans for Sami Zayn at WWE Royal Rumble
He was tangled with the charging Bulls, fractured, concussed, and spent years with Steve O. Still, Jackass leader Johnny Knoxville will face one of his toughest feats yet: He will compete in the WWE 2022 Men’s Royal Rumble. Knoxville, who has recently made an occasional appearance on WWE Smackdown, has his sights set on a 30-player battle royale match — and a chance at WrestleMania, where the winner of the match will take home the title.
“My name is Johnny Knoxville,” he told Esports.com.tnwhile promoting Jackass Forever, the fourth big-screen adaptation of the iconic MTV series. “I’m from the South. I love swearing and swearing. All the girls say I’m worth watching. I’m the new king of WWE.”
As head of the Jackass crew for more than 20 years, Knoxville’s shenanigans are filled with a man’s confidence. He knew what his opponent was and believed he would emerge victorious. “This is the road to WrestleMania because I’m going to win,” he promised.
Of course, he has some other goals to accomplish along the way, which is to punch two WWE Superstars in the face.
“Oh my god, here comes that mean and dirty Sammy Zahn,” Knoxville said. “Here comes that pretty boy Austin theory. Basically, anyone who’s in the rumbling, you know, I’m going to throw those guys in the front row like paper airplanes and put them out like cigarettes. That’s for sure .”
While everyone should be on the lookout for this eventual loser, Zayn and Theory must have been on his bad side. After all, Zayn has been mocking him for weeks, even trying his own jackass stunt on Smackdown. On the other hand, theories have made it clear that he wants to knock Knoxville out of the game after the two were abusive back and forth on social media.
Knoxville is by no means the first celebrity to enter the Royal Rumble (we all remember Drew Carrey trying to pay Kane to leave the ring, right?) but he’s certainly one of the funniest celebrities WWE has put to work in years. one. After all, Knoxville’s day job is to subject himself and his mates to great pain while laughing at each other. Who knows what’s going to happen if he goes to Rumble with the jackass crew?
