Jamie Lee Curtis officiates daughter’s wedding in ‘World of Warcraft’ cosplay

The actress behind beloved horror films like Halloween is officiating her daughter’s wedding in a full-scale World of Warcraft cosplay. Jamie Lee Curtis explained on a recent episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live that the entire ceremony was cosplay-themed, even though it was her daughters who decided she was going to dress up as the witch Jaina Proudmoore.
The back-and-forth chat between the two began with Curtis explaining to Kimmel what cosplay was, before admitting that getting her costumes proved a little tricky. It turns out that the tailor Curtis found on Etsy lived in Russia, so the ensemble was delayed and might not arrive in time.
Aside from the WoW shenanigans, the rest of the chat was very beneficial. Curtis is delighted that her daughter is getting married in her back garden like her other child. “It makes more sense,” Curtis said in response to a joke about a cheaper wedding in her garden. “Just forget about all the show business — as a parent, get both of your kids married in your backyard.”
