Knives Out 2 to debut on Netflix in fall 2022 – report

According to Variety, Knives Out 2 will reportedly hit Netflix sometime in the final quarter of 2022. In addition, the film will premiere at the festival ahead of schedule.
Production on the sequel ends in September 2021, so these initial plans reported by the publication suggest that post-production is going well. It could also mean that it won’t be long before early details of Knives Out 3 start to emerge, as the streaming service acquired the two sequels in April 2021 for $465 million, a move that suggests Netflix intends to go big Enter the franchise business.
Knives Out 1 director Rian Johnson will return to write and direct the sequel. He’s also working on the film, along with Ram Bergman, who also worked on the original. In addition to working with Netflix, Johnson is developing the 10-episode mystery series Poker Face for Peacock, starring Natasha Lyonne (Russian Doll). Johnson is still planning his Star Wars trilogy.
So far, Knives Out 2 has assembled an amazing supporting cast. No character details have been revealed yet, but this list alone makes this a must-see: Dave Batista (Guardians of the Galaxy, Army of the Dead) and Madeline Crane (Outer Banks, Strange) Story), Jessica Henwick (Underwater, Love & Monsters), Katherine Hahn (WandaVision), Kate Hudson (Deep Horizon, Almost Famous), Janelle Mona (Homecoming, Before the War) , Edward Norton (Hulk) and Leslie Odom Jr. (One Night Stand, Miami).
Johnson, Bergman and Craig will reportedly be paid $100 million each.
