Patches for League of Legends keep rolling out as we move further into the new year.League of Legends patch 12.2 is live, bringing new heroes Zeri, the Spark of Zaun and a whole a lot of new skin. It looks like 12.3 will be a bit of a humble affair, but there are still some key changes fans will want to know about – so if you’re wondering what’s coming next, read on.
It doesn’t look like League of Legends patch 12.3 will bring new skins – as these tend to hit the PBE first in new beta cycles, and it doesn’t seem like they haven’t – but we do have some big Ahri balance changes coming.Lead Character Designer August ‘Riot August’ Browning at Twitter.
The updated goals include “Lean[ing] By allowing the R partial reset, giving her more opportunities to fight” and re-tuning her passive abilities to be “more useful throughout the game” to incorporate her mobile mage status. Additionally, the developers wanted to “make her Abilities feel better when cast in lane”. You can see all the changed abilities in the comments below.

League of Legends Patch 12.3 Release Date and Downtime
The League of Legends Season 12 patch schedule is out now, so we know League of Legends patch 12.3 will go live on Wednesday, February 2, 2022.
Maintenance times are yet to be determined, but typically starts at 3AM PT (North America servers), 5AM UK time (Europe servers), and 3AM CET (Europe servers), and lasts about three hours, so downtime is expected Time will start around then.

Ahri – rebalance/refresh
Stats: Health reduced from 526 + 92 per level to 480 + 82 Health regeneration per level reduced from 5.5 to 2.5 Armor reduced from 21 to 18 Steal Essence (Passive):
Skill reworked!
“Killing a minion or monster grants Ahri an Essence Fragment. After gaining 9 fragments, Ahri consumes them to heal 40-120 (+25% AP). When Ahri deals damage to an enemy hero, 3 When she knocks down enemy heroes within seconds, she’ll indulge in their essence, healing for 80-200 (+35% AP).” All of Ahri’s skins have new VFX and sound effects Orb of Deception (Q): Mana Cost changed from 65-85 to 60-100 Foxfire (W): Damage dealt increased from 40-140 Mana to 60-160 Cost reduced from 45 to 25 Fire duration reduced from 5 to 2.5 seconds Movement Speed Duration reduced from 1.5 Seconds increased to 2 seconds “Update Last Hit Logic and Tilt Visual Effects” Charisma (E): Damage dealt increased to 80-200 (+60% AP) from 60-180 (+40% AP) Mana cost decreased from 70 to 50
delete! “This skill no longer provides a 20% damage boost to the target” Spirit Rush (R): Ability duration increased from 10 seconds to 15 seconds
new! “Consuming a hero’s Essence with Essence Theft (P) while Spirit Rush is active extends its Reforge duration by up to 10 seconds and casts an additional Spirit Rush (stores up to 3)” “Cleaned up VFX and added ammo bar icons (current placeholder)”
