LoL fans, the update continues. Patch 12.4 of League of Legends has made its way to the official Rift, bringing with it a slew of new skins, hero balance changes, and of course the steely new Champion Renata Glasc. That means it’s time to see how subsequent updates are going. While the latest round of skins brings some dazzling new Shockblade styles for Kassadin, Shen, and Qiyana, this two-week offering is even more whimsical. Let’s see.
New skins in League of Legends patch 12.5 add even more champions to the game’s bees! Alternate Universe, with four new looks coming soon. As you might expect, the names are all puns, with Heimerstinger, Nunu and Beelump, Orbeeanna and BZZZiggs joining the skin collection. You can view in-game clips of these actions and their initial art in the skins section below.
Typically, when a new patch hits the PBE, there aren’t any balance changes to test yet, but we’ll probably expect a bunch of people to get there soon for a test drive. So, keep an eye on these instructions as we’ll be updating them with everything you need to know before the patch is released.

League of Legends Patch 12.5 Release Date and Downtime
According to the League of Legends 2022 patch schedule, League of Legends patch 12.5 release date set for Wednesday, March 2, 2022.
Maintenance times are yet to be determined, but typically starts at 3AM PT (North America servers), 5AM UK time (Europe servers), and 3AM CET (Europe servers), and lasts about three hours, so downtime is expected Time will start around then.

While Riot Games doesn’t seem to have any word on the League of Legends PBE subreddit yet, it looks like Elise might be getting some visual updates in this patch, and some changes are already being tested in the PBE. League YouTuber SkinSpotlights posted a handy comparison clip showing the changes in the test, which you can check out below:
Here are a few notes about the changes:
The super galaxy skin looks like super minor tweaks, I think it’s just the E AOE ring in spider form.
