The League of Legends patch 12.8 notes already offer a lot to catch the eye, even though the new update is only just hitting the PBE. While LoL patch 12.7 has just been released on live servers, with the MSI approaching, Riot Games is scrambling to get more content ready for the MOBA game.
Patch 12.7 introduces Arcana skins for Champions Ahri, Xayah, Lo, Ryze, and Hecarim. If you’re not into some flashy new duds, you’ll want to check out the changes to the title. While Riot made tweaks to some familiar faces, the most significant change came from Zeri, who did a complete rework.
As for patch 12.8, though, things are getting ready for a major update. You have solar eclipse skins for Kyle, Sejuani, and Sivir; lunar eclipse skins for Aatrox and Senna; and other unique skins for Plank and Yasuo. We also saw mid-range adjustments to Olaf and Swain for the first time. It’s still an early door to a patch, though, so keep checking back for more changes to the eyeballs.

League of Legends Patch 12.8 Release Date and Downtime
According to the League of Legends 2022 patch schedule, the League of Legends 12.8 patch release date is set for Wednesday, April 27, 2022.
Maintenance times are yet to be determined, but North America servers typically start at 3am PT, EUW servers at 5am UK time, and EUNE servers at 3am CET for about three hours, so expect downtime to be around three hours It started around then.

Olaf – change
Stats: Attack damage increased from 68 to 68 (+4.7/level), 148 at level 18 from 68 (+3.5/level), 127.5 health at level 18 to 575 (+105/level), 2360 at level 18 from 2360 575 (+100/level), 2275 mana increased at level 18 to 316 (+60/level), 1336 at level 18 from 316 (+42/level), 1030 at level 18 Rage (passive): Riot has Reworked calculations to provide effect when max health is below or equal to 30% max attack speed changed from 99% to 40-100% (levels 1-18)
new! Undertow (Q) now discards up to 12-35% of life steal based on Olaf’s missing health (levels 1-18):
new! Shatter 25/27.5/30/32.5/35% within 4 seconds of hitting a hero Armor damage reduced from 80/125/170/215/260 to 60/110/160/210/260 Minimum range increased from 300 Mana cost to 425 40/45/50/55/60 From 60 at all ranks Cooldown increased from 7 to 8 seconds Axe pickup cooldown refund increased from 4.5 to 5 seconds Vicious Strike (W):

delete! No longer amplifies Olaf’s healing based on missing health Attack speed reduced from 50/60/70/80/90% for 6 seconds to 40/50/60/70/80% for 4 seconds Cooldown changed to 16/14.5 /13/11.5 /10s From 16s Ragnarok (R) at all ranks:
new! Hitting a hero with a basic attack or E – Reckless Slam increases Ragnarok’s duration to 2.5 seconds.Olaf can refresh indefinitely Ragnarok duration reduced from six seconds to three seconds
delete! Ragnarok passive bonus resistance is no longer lost during cast
