Netflix’s Animated Rabbit Invasion: Mission to Mars Special Gets Interstellar Trailer
Netflix has released the official trailer for Rabbids Invasion: Mission to Mars, the film adaptation of the wildly popular Ubisoft game and media franchise. The special will hit the streaming service on February 18.
The clip features the titular eccentric bunnies doing what they usually do – wreaking havoc – but this time, for good reason. In this new adventure, Rabbit Invasion: Mission to Mars, Rabbits are assigned to a space mission that involves preparing Mars to become a human habitation. The official plot introduces a new character in the special named Beardie: “As a genius Rabbid who was misunderstood by his stupid peers, he always dreamed of going to the Red Planet. After successfully passing the test, he took off with three other rabbits. : the lively queen of disco on the dance floor, the under-confident pilot Cosmo and the cute little bunny miniature who hates being mistaken for a child.”
Also hitting Netflix on February 18 is another highly anticipated adaptation of the popular video game, The Cuphead Show. A new trailer for the award-winning video game was released recently.
In related news, in November 2021, it was announced that the animated Earthworm Jim animated series is currently in development.
