Nicolas Cage "fall for the egg head" in the batman sequel

Actor Nicolas Cage mentioned in an interview at SXSW that he wanted to oppose the Caped Crusader as Egghead — a character that originated in the 1960s Batman TV series, which may have cemented We’ll see the possibility of a Batman sequel. Local news channel FOX 7 Austin recently spoke with Cage about his upcoming film The Unbearable Weight Of Massive Talent.
“We have this new [movie with] Robert Pattinson as Batman, which I’m glad to see. I haven’t seen it yet, but I think he’s going to be great,” Cage said. “Vincent Price played the villain Egghead on the ’60s show, and I think I want to go to Egghead. I think I can make him absolutely horrible. I have a concept for Egghead. So let them know at Warner Bros, I love Egghead. “
Like Calendar Man, Egghead — and his countless egg-related puns and weaponized egg contraptions — has earned his rightful place among the worst villains over the past few decades, giving Batman The series adds to the brilliance. It certainly goes without saying, though, that if someone could redeem and re-imagine him in a worthwhile way, it might be a task that only Cage could accomplish.
Extremely meta-massive talent can’t handle the weight, in which Cage, as an upgraded version of himself recruited by the CIA to kill the drug lord/his biggest fan, opens in theaters on April 22.
