Project Q registers new Ubisoft PvP game without NFTs


After multiple leaked beta playtests, Ubisoft confirmed that Project Q registration is now available to the public – while also announcing the existence of the publisher’s new PvP multiplayer game. It also said that it also has “no plans” to implement NFTs in it. pant.

Now that Cats is out, Ubisoft has officially announced “Project Q” on Twitter (thanks to The Loadout) – which presumably won’t be the final name for the online game. It describes Project Q as “a team battle arena where players truly own the experience” and invites players to sign up for further beta playtesting — including on PC via its own client, Ubisoft Connect. The publisher also confirmed that Project Q isn’t a battle royale game, but it does feature “multiple PvP modes.”

Perhaps the most surprising confirmation, however, is that the studio “has no plans to integrate Ubisoft Quartz or NFTs into Project Q — despite Ubisoft’s threat to integrate the much-hated blockchain tech into Project Q earlier this month. in more games.
