We’re only two months away from Disney+’s Obi-Wan Kenobi collection, but Entertainment Weekly A first look at the upcoming show has been revealed, including Reva, the first live-action Inquisitor played by Moses Ingram (The Tragedy of Macbeth, The Queen’s Tactics).

The Inquisitor was originally created for the 1987 Star Wars RPG, but became a proper classic in the animated series Rebels. They acted as Force-sensitive dark side operatives serving the Galactic Empire and tasked with hunting down the remaining Jedi who survived Order 66 at the end of the Clone Wars. They are also the main villains of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.

Reva is seen with Obi-Wan in one of the photos below. The EW story also debuts Uncle Owen, everyone’s favorite moisture farmer.

Not much information is given about Reva, other than that she will prove to be a “mighty new enemy” as she sets out to complete her Jedi destruction order. Director Deborah Chow and screenwriter Joby Harold described the role as “ambitious.”

“They have a common dark side goal,” Ingram told EW about Reva’s relationship with Vader and the Grand Inquisitor. “They’re on the same team.” As for what makes Ingram stand out in her Big Bad: “It’s all about the heart.”

Ingram has been nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series or Motion Picture for her work on The Queen’s Forsaken and will soon be joined by Jake Gyllenhaal and Yahya Abdul-Martin II appears together in the upcoming Ambulance.
