If you’ve been looking for a modern open world game set in Springfield, this Minecraft Simpsons map has you covered. Minecraft is a game where players can do anything from parodying the Elden Ring to campaigning for the French president. Because of all this limitless potential, many people love to recreate locations from TV shows and movies, and this time, that means we’re all going to Springfield.
It’s all thanks to a group of creators called Blockster – a team that loves making big Minecraft maps. While their official website has a bunch of originals, this one is all Springfield and looks great. The full list of features they’re creating is available here, but it includes 25 skins, a texture pack, and basically an entire town to explore.
That means you can visit places like The Simpsons, the nuclear power plant, and even the Kwik-E-Mart. Every building can be explored, and you’ll meet famous characters there too. There are plenty of characters in the series’ 32-year run, but it looks like most of the big names are there.
The only problem is that it’s still a work in progress. That means you can’t play it just yet, but it’s definitely worth watching. If you want to really see the project, check out the video below.
