World of Warcraft’s End of Eternity update gets release date
Blizzard has revealed that World of Warcraft’s 9.2 update — the end of eternity, if you like it — will hit North American servers on February 22 and European servers a day later.
Season two of Shadowlands’ PvP and epic content is also drawing to a close a few days before Eternity’s End launches, so grab your seasonal rewards and titles while you still can. Don’t worry about finding something to do after Season 2, though, as PvP and an epic offseason will come into play. You can still fight for some goodies, but the leaderboards will be locked.
Blizzard also confirmed the Forerunner Graveyard raid release schedule in a separate post. Normal and Heroic difficulty will go live on March 1st, but the last three bosses will not be able to lock corners. However, once March 8 arrives, you’ll be able to tackle all bosses on Normal, Heroic, and Mythic difficulty. The first Raid Discovery Wing will also go live on March 8, though you’ll have to wait until March 22, April 5, and April 19 to unlock the next three.
In addition to the 11-boss Sepulcher of the First Ones raid dungeon, WoW’s 9.2 update introduces new areas, progression systems, and Torghast wings. Class tier sets are also returning, and PvP and Epic Season 3 will also be live during the patch’s lifetime.
