The release date of Bloodlines 2 may be far away from us like a frightened deer, but this is another opportunity to enter the dark world. Focusing on werewolves instead of vampires (the clue in the name), this is an action role-playing game in which the “role-playing game” bit is pushed aside until it is almost invisible. It’s serious, a bit clumsy, obviously struggling with some budget constraints…and proves that a rough but interesting game is better than a hundred bright but dull games.

This is not a game that amazes people who happen to pass by when you play the game. The role model has been popular since 2010. The overall graphics, although they are well done and have no frame rate issues, they will not threaten to melt your GPU. But this is a good thing, right?

Earthblood is refreshing and passionate about getting you directly into the action. At the beginning of the game, you and several of your members had a conversation about your plan to destroy the nearby hydraulic fracturing site. However, a few minutes later, things went wrong and you were sent to rescue your wife (no spoilers, but I think her nickname may be a character motivation). In another 20 minutes or so, you have experienced all three forms of Cajal, most of the game mechanics have been introduced, and enough drama has occurred to begin the next episode of the plot.

The story progresses to the end with this rhythm, and the effect is very good. Most of the content of the game consists of a fairly small area full of enemies, fundamentally speaking, all of this is for the exit so that you can enter the next area. This is where the ability to change form comes into play.

The value of wolves

In the two-legged form, looking like a ne’er is more likely to start fighting than stop fighting, Cahal can silently drop the guard and fire the (strangely bulky) crossbow. If he is not found, he can also destroy the reinforcement spawning gate, causing serious damage to anyone passing by. At the same time, in wolf form, he can move faster and pass through the vents, which is very suitable for stealth. There is also an unlockable skill that makes wolves more difficult to spot.

If you are careful—certainly more careful than me—you can complete an amazing amount of adventure without participating in combat. Every time I successfully escape, I will pat myself on the back. Once I am hit, I will automatically become the third and most powerful, complete werewolf form dedicated to combat.

If you wish to initiate this transition at the first sign of an enemy, you can do so, and there are reasons to do so.The battle is quite simple-the artificial intelligence is not entirely dark blue, and a little button-based-but damn it pleasure. It is a violent joy to tear apart the slimy human beings, and occasionally grab a torn apart. However, when you are forced into battle after a neglected wrong attempt, you will benefit from a slight reduction in numbers and (hopefully) weakening at least some reinforcements. You might even disable the turret by accessing the computer or shooting with a crossbow. In this way, the time and effort you spend trying to hide will still be rewarded.

This story is largely independent and does not require knowledge of the knowledge behind TTRPG. The gameplay strikes a pleasant balance between shock and unfiltered fun, which is reflected in the script, which has the intelligence to reach out when you least expect it. This is a story that at the same time recognizes the fact that humans are blight on the earth, and there are still people fighting against it, and hope has not completely disappeared.

I really want to know if there is a first draft of the script that is at least twice the size of the final one. No character has the space to grow into a fully mature person, and so many things are mixed-the aforementioned environmental tendencies, a long list of roles, family abandonment and reconciliation, balancing the desire for revenge for rational thought-with As for not one aspect has been explored to the depth it deserves.
